At this time, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any and all products offered by candacekronen.com and Stories I'll Tell My Daughter including but not limited to books, publications, artwork, prints, and other merchandise. If you have difficulty opening a digital order or receiving a physical product, please send us a message through the contact page on candacekronen.com/contact.

For workshops and other event registrations, exceptions will be made for timely registration cancellations or in the event of rescheduling or cancellation of the event on the part of Stories I'll Tell My Daughter and candacekronen.com.
