Processing Times
All orders are processed within [2–5 business days]. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer free shipping within the US and Canada. Items shipping to US residences will be shipped from the US through USPS; items shipping to Canadian residences will be shipped from Canada through Canada Post. Estimated delivery times:

International Shipping
If you are interested in international shipping beyond the US and Canada, please send a message through Candacekronen.com/contact so that we can create a custom invoice. International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at candacekronen.com. We may request additional information with photos of the package and items so we can assist you.
